From a very young age I have always had a passion for cooking, wellness, and exercise. I’m a dietitian by day and wine taster by weekend. I believe food should be celebrated. And what better way to do that than by sharing it with others over a nice cold (or room temperature) beverage.
Since moving to Virginia, where I live with my husband and 2 boys (with 4 legs), I’ve been charmed by the local wine & beer scene and love the social connections these bring to meals.
